第 1 天（6 月 15 日，周一）Day 1 (June 15, Monday)

抵达杭州后，我们将在杭州旅游学院萧山校区迎接你的到来，并协助完成入住登记，让你快速安顿下来，为接下来的美食文化之旅做好准备。

After arriving in Hangzhou, we will welcome you at Xiaoshan Campus of Tourism College of Zhejiangand assist with check-in, helping you settle in quickly for the upcoming food and cultural journey.

第 2 天（6 月 16 日，周二）Day 2 (June 16, Tuesday)

上午 10:30-11:30，在西方文化体验中心举行盛大的开幕式，正式开启本次体验营；下午带你游览夏山校区，熟悉校园环境与设施；晚上可参与篮球、羽毛球等自由活动，结识新朋友。

In the morning (10:30-11:30), a grand opening ceremony will be held at the Western Culture Experience Center to kick off the camp. In the afternoon, we’ll take you on a campus tour of Xiashan Campus to get familiar with the environment and facilities. In the evening, enjoy free activities like basketball and badminton to meet new friends.

第 3 天（6 月 17 日，周三）Day 3 (June 17, Wednesday)

上午走进趣味十足的糖艺工作坊，在专业老师指导下，亲手制作晶莹剔透的江南糖艺作品；下午将参观当地特色酒店（具体待定）；夜晚打卡巫山及武陵夜市，沉浸式感受杭州烟火气，品尝地道小吃。

In the morning, join a fun sugar art workshop—under the guidance of professional teachers, create crystal-clear Jiangnan-style sugar art works. In the afternoon, visit a local characteristic hotel (to be confirmed). At night, explore Wushan and Wuling Night Markets, immerse yourself in Hangzhou’s lively atmosphere, and taste authentic snacks.

上午在茶艺培训室体验传统茶饮文化，学习泡茶、品茶的礼仪与技巧；下午走进丁生蛋糕制作工作坊，解锁江南特色中式糕点的秘方；晚上回归校园自由活动，放松身心。

In the morning, experience traditional tea culture at the Tea Art Training Room, learning tea-making and tasting etiquette and skills. In the afternoon, join the Dingsheng Cake Making Workshop to unlock the secrets of Jiangnan’s characteristic Chinese pastries. In the evening, enjoy free time on campus to relax.

第 5 天（6 月 19 日，周五）Day 5 (June 19, Friday)

早晨学习制作中国饺子，从擀皮、调馅到包捏，感受传统饮食的匠心；下午体验中国书法与剪纸艺术，亲手写下毛笔字、剪出精美窗花；晚上参与国际学生交流活动，分享彼此的文化与故事。

In the morning, learn to make Chinese dumplings—from rolling wrappers and preparing fillings to folding, experiencing the craftsmanship of traditional cuisine. In the afternoon, try Chinese calligraphy and paper-cutting, writing brush characters and creating exquisite paper-cuts. In the evening, join an international student exchange event to share cultures and stories.

第 6 天（6 月 20 日，周六）Day 6 (June 20, Saturday)

早晨体验手工竹筷制作，感受传统木工的乐趣，打造专属自己的天然竹筷；下午畅游西湖风景区 —— 漫步苏堤、远眺雷峰塔，欣赏 “三面云山一面城” 的诗意美景；夜晚搭乘游船夜游大运河，在灯光璀璨中感受世界文化遗产的独特魅力。

In the morning, experience handcrafted bamboo chopstick making, enjoy the fun of traditional woodworking, and create your own natural bamboo chopsticks. In the afternoon, wander around West Lake Scenic Area—stroll along Su Causeway, overlook Leifeng Pagoda, and admire the poetic scenery of "three sides of mountains and one side of city". At night, take a cruise on the Grand Canal and feel the unique charm of this world cultural heritage under the bright lights.

全天前往义乌，乘坐高铁往返，参观全球最大的小商品集散中心 —— 义乌国际商贸城，感受中国商贸的活力与多样性，探索琳琅满目的特色商品。

Spend the whole day in Yiwu (round trip by high-speed rail) and visit Yiwu International Trade City, the world’s largest small commodity distribution center. Experience the vitality and diversity of Chinese commerce and explore a wide range of characteristic products.

第 8 天（6 月 22 日，周一）Day 8 (June 22, Monday)

早晨学习冷菜烹饪技巧，掌握江南冷菜的配色与调味秘诀；下午走进王兴记粉丝制作工作坊，了解传统粉丝的制作工艺并亲手尝试；晚上参观钱江新城，欣赏杭州现代化的城市天际线与璀璨夜景。

In the morning, learn cold dish cooking skills and master the color matching and seasoning secrets of Jiangnan cold dishes. In the afternoon, visit Wangxingji Vermicelli Making Workshop to understand the traditional vermicelli production process and try it yourself. In the evening, visit Qianjiang New City to admire Hangzhou’s modern skyline and brilliant night view.

上午深入学习热菜烹饪，在专业厨房中制作地道江南热菜；下午参与美食雕刻工作坊，将萝卜、南瓜等食材变成精美的艺术作品；晚上在萧山校区自由活动，放松休闲。

In the morning, dive into hot dish cooking and make authentic Jiangnan hot dishes in a professional kitchen. In the afternoon, join a food carving workshop, turning radishes, pumpkins and other ingredients into exquisite works of art. In the evening, enjoy free time at Xiaoshan Campus to relax.

第 10 天（6 月 24 日，周三）Day 10 (June 24, Wednesday)

上午打卡河坊街 —— 杭州历史最悠久的商业街，品尝杭帮菜小吃、购买特色手工艺品，随后参观杭州博物馆，了解杭州的历史文化脉络；下午前往龙坞茶村，走进茶园体验采茶乐趣，学习茶叶炒制工艺；晚上参观杭高公园，欣赏震撼人心的铁火表演，感受传统民俗的魅力。

In the morning, visit Hefang Street—Hangzhou’s oldest commercial street—taste Hangbang cuisine snacks and buy characteristic handicrafts, then visit Hangzhou Museum to understand the historical and cultural context of Hangzhou. In the afternoon, go to Longwu Tea Village, walk into the tea gardens to experience tea picking and learn tea roasting techniques. In the evening, visit Hanggao Park to watch the stunning iron fire performance and feel the charm of traditional folk customs.

上午进行烹饪展示与演示，分享你在体验营中学到的美食技能；下午在西方文化体验中心举行温馨的毕业典礼，颁发证书，定格这段难忘的旅程。

In the morning, participate in a cooking exhibition and demonstration to share the food skills you’ve learned during the camp. In the afternoon, a warm graduation ceremony will be held at the Western Culture Experience Center, with certificates awarded to commemorate this unforgettable journey.

我们将安排专车送你前往机场，结束愉快的江南美食文化之旅，期待与你再次相遇！

We will arrange a special car to take you to the airport, concluding the wonderful Jiangnan food and cultural journey. We look forward to meeting you again!

项目费用： 700美元,

包含 |学费、住宿费、陆路交通费及饮食费用。

Expenses Covered by the Program：

Tuition, accommodation, land transportation, and meals.

1. 往返中国机票 : 自理 ;

Round-trip Airfare to China: self-financed.

2. 代办签证申请费 : 200 美元 / 人（可以自行办理签证）;

Visa application service fee: USD 200 per person (you may also apply for the visa on your own)

3. 旅行、健康等保险 : 自理；

Travel, Health and Other Insurance: self-financed.

重要退款政策 | Important Refund Policy

1. 700 美元报名费用于支付项目费用，个人原因取消行程不予退还；若活动组织方取消，将全额退还。

The registration fee of USD 700 is used to cover program expenses and is non-refundable if canceled for personal reasons. A full refund will be issued if the program is canceled by the organizer.

2. 未参与者无学分、无退款，且无补课安排；因天气或紧急情况缺勤，同样不给予学分和退款。

No credits or refunds will be provided for non-participation, and there is no make-up class arrangement. No credits or refunds will be given for absences due to weather or emergencies.

此团限额20 名学生。配 2 名辅导员，师生比例约 1:10。

This tour is limited to 20 students and accompanied by 2 chaperones, with a teacher-to-student ratio of approximately 1:10.

2. 最低参与年龄是多少？

What is the minimum age requirement?

最低年龄要求为 14 岁，14 岁以下暂不接受报名。

The minimum age requirement is 14 years old. Participants under 14 are not eligible to register.

3. 持有绿卡可参加吗？

Can green card holders participate?

仅限持有美国护照者参与。

Only US passport holders are eligible.

4. 何时得知录取结果？

When will I be notified of the admission result?

达到最低招生人数后会尽快通知，最迟不超过申请截止日期。

Notifications will be sent as soon as the minimum enrollment is reached, no later than the application deadline.

5. 活动使用什么语言？

What language is used for the program?

演讲和观光主要用英语，参与者有机会练习汉语。

English is mainly used for lectures and sightseeing, and participants will have the opportunity to practice Chinese.

Can I buy air tickets immediately after registration?

建议等项目确认后再购票，确认时间不晚于申请截止日期。

We recommend waiting for program confirmation before purchasing air tickets; confirmation will be made no later than the application deadline.

Is vegetarian food available?

可提供纯素菜品，需在报名表特殊饮食要求栏注明。

What is the accommodation standard?

杭绍期间住浙江旅游学院国际学生交流中心（酒店）。两个学生共享一间房。

During the stay in Hangzhou and Shaoxing, participants will stay at the International Student Exchange Center (hotel) of the Tourism College of Zhejiang. Two students will share a room.

9. 航班时间有要求吗 ？
