·You need a phone number that can receive SMS codes.

·It can be a non-Chinese number, as long as it receives SMS.

Prepare at least one bank card or payment method that works in China.

至少准备一张在中国有效的银行卡或支付方式。

Many apps support international cards,but options differ by country and bank.

许多应用程序支持国际银行卡，但具体选项因国家和银行而异。

·You need mobile data or stable Wi-Fi to request and track rides.

·Maps, driver location and messages all rely on an active connection.

Step 2.Sign up& choose how to use DiDi Step

第二步：注册账号并选择使用滴滴出行

You can use DiDi in two main ways. Pick the one that feels easier for you.

滴滴出行主要有两种使用方式，选择您觉得更方便的方式即可。

Option 1. Use the DiDi app

备选方案1. 使用滴滴应用

1. Download the official "DiDi" app from your app store.

1. 请从应用商店下载官方“滴滴”APP。

2.Open the app and choose your language (if available).

2. 打开应用并选择您的语言（如支持）。

3. Sign up with a phone number that can receive SMS.

3. 请使用可接收短信的手机号码注册。

4. Follow the steps in the app to verify your profile.

4. 按照应用程序中的步骤验证您的个人资料。

Option 2-payment app

备选方案2-支付应用

1. Open Alipay (or other supported wallets shown in your app).

1. 打开支付宝（或应用内显示的其他支持钱包）。

2. Search for "DiDi" or look for the ride-hailing icon.

2. 搜索“滴滴”或点击打车图标。

3.Make sure your profile is verified in this app.

3. 请确保您的个人资料在本应用中已通过验证。

4. Check that at least one card works for payments in this app.

4. 确认至少有一张银行卡支持该应用的支付功能。

Both options usually work with a foreign phone number.

Step 3 Search the correct Destination

Set your pickup & destination You start from the map: check where you are, then tell DiDi where you want to go.

设置取车地点和目的地：先在地图上定位，再告诉滴滴目的地。

1. Tap "Where to?"and type in English (for example "Bell Tower").

1. 点击“Where to？”，然后输入英文（例如“Bell Tower”）。

2. Check the English + Chinese name and address in the results.

2. 核对结果中的英文名、中文名及地址。

3. Choose the one that matches your plan (hotel, sight, subway stop...).

3. 根据您的行程安排（酒店、景点、地铁站等）选择合适的选项。

4. (Optional) You can save places you visit often as favorites.

Step 4 Choose your ride & wait for driver

Now choose a ride type,check the price, and see your driver coming.

现在选择一种乘车方式，查看价格，然后等司机来接你。

1.Pick a ride type that fits your budget (for example "Economy").

1. 选择符合预算的车型（例如“经济型”）。

2.Check the Upfront Fare / Est. price before you confirm.

2. 确认前请核对预付票价/预估价格。

3.After ordering, check the car plate and driver photo on the screen.

3. 下单后，请核对屏幕上的车牌和司机照片。

4.You can see how far the driver is and contact them if needed.

4. 可以查看驾驶员距离，并在需要时联系他们。

Step 5 After boarding, check trip info and the Safety Center.

Before and during the ride,use these checks to make sure you're in the right car and feel safe.

在乘车前及乘车过程中，请使用这些检查方法确保您乘坐的是正确的车辆并感到安全。

1.Show the last 4 digits, not your full number.

1. 显示最后四位数字，而非完整号码。

2.Match the plate and car type before you get in.

2. 上车前请确认车牌和车型是否匹配。

3.Watch the live route, distance and time to your destination.

3. 监控实时路线、距离及到达目的地的时间。

4.Remember where "Safety Center"is on the screen.

·Check pick-up, drop-off and time before you pay

·Look at the total fare shown on the screen - this is what you will pay for this trip

·查看屏幕上显示的总费用——这就是您此次旅行的花费

·Tap "Pay"to finish your trip. If something looks wrong, check with the driver or contact support first.

·点击“支付”完成行程。如发现异常，请先联系司机或客服。

Q1:My order failed or the price looks very strange -what can I do?

问题1：我的订单失败了，或者价格显示异常——我该怎么办？

A: Check your internet, location and payment method first. If it still fails,try again or change the car type.

A：先检查网络、位置和支付方式。如果仍然失败，可以重试或更换车型。

Q2:The driver cancelled or is not moving for a long time.

问题2：司机取消行程或长时间未动。

A: You can cancel and call another car. If you feel unsafe, use the Safety Center in the app.

A：您可以取消预约并呼叫其他车辆。如果感到不安全，可以使用APP中的安全中心功能。Q3:l don't understand a pop-up message in Chinese.

问题3：我不懂中文弹出信息。

A: You can take a screenshot and use translation, or ask the driver politely "Can you help me with this message?".

A：您可以先截屏翻译，或者礼貌地询问司机：“您能帮我翻译这条信息吗？”

Q4:The map is not accurate or the app says my location is wrong.

问题4：地图显示不准确，或者应用提示位置错误。

A: Try to move to an open area and refresh your GPS. You can also type the address or choose a nearby landmark.

A：建议前往开阔地带并刷新GPS定位，也可直接输入地址或选择附近地标。

Always check the car plate and driver name before getting in.

上车前务必检查车牌和司机姓名。

Sit in the back seat and fasten your seat belt.

请坐到后排并系好安全带。

If you feel uncomfortable, you can end the trip and use the Safety Center or call local emergency numbers.

如您感到不适，可终止行程并使用安全中心或拨打当地紧急电话。
